What happens when you contact me? 

Get in touch via email, phone, text or my contact form. Give some brief detail about what you are seeking support with, along with your availability for sessions. 

I will respond and offer an initial conversation to discuss your needs and what I can provide. Here you can ask any questions and talk about anything you may be feeling anxious over.  We will then book an initial session if you feel we are a good fit. 

Once you have booked in your first session we will continue weekly or bi-weekly. All sessions are £85 and payments can be made via BACS. The initial session is paid upon booking and all other sessions are paid the day before. 

I am based in Eastbourne close to the station for face to face sessions, we can also work online or over the phone. I try to be flexible regarding availability where you need to rearrange or cancel a session but please note there is a 24hr cancellation notice required. Less than 24hr notice does result in the missed session being charged for.
