I’m an accredited person-centred experiential therapist offering supervision for counsellors and therapists in Eastbourne. With experience in both private practice and managerial roles within helping profession organisations, I hold a Level 6 CPCAB qualification in therapeutic counselling supervision.

I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental supervision space grounded in the core conditions of empathy, unconditional positive regard, and congruence. My aim is to build a trusting, collaborative relationship where you feel comfortable reflecting on your practice and focusing on your professional development.

Whether you’re a qualified therapist or a trainee counsellor, I tailor the supervision process to meet your specific needs. We will explore how to keep the client at the heart of your work, while enhancing your learning, ethical practice, resilience, and personal growth. I work with supervisees from a variety of modalities.

During our initial session, we’ll discuss your goals for supervision and create a working agreement to ensure your needs are met. I am committed to supporting you in upholding ethical standards in your practice, and I am an accredited member of both BACP and NCPS.

Sessions are £60 per hour or £80 for 90 minutes. For trainee counsellors, I offer a reduced rate of £45 per hour or £65 for 90 minutes. I offer flexible availability for both online and face-to-face sessions in Eastbourne.
